For the visa, can you issue me an invitation letter?

We can issue attendees a business invitation letter if you need it. Please email crossbordersummit@shadstone.com for more information!

What language will the conference be in?

Both English and Chinese with simultaneous translation. Because this is an international conference, it will be in the English language translation for Chinese. When we have expert Chinese speaking, you can put your headset on, and if you need Chinese when an English speaker, then vice versa.

What hotel should I book for the conference?
How Do I Get A China Visa?
You will most likely need to get a China visa to come to Mainland China. You can apply before you leave your home country, or if you plan to spend a few days in Hong Kong before coming to China, can apply there. We wrote up a complete guide here on getting a China visa.
Can I be a speaker?

I’m staying in Hong Kong first for a few days, where should I stay?
Many visitors coming to Asia go to Hong Kong first. Its a good tactic, as it is much smoother for your first time visit. Can I Come From Hong Kong?
Yes! We have a China trip option where we leave from Hong Kong and tour Shenzhen for an action packed experience!
What's Your Refund Policy?
We offer a full refund up to 14 days before the conference. You need to submit a formal request by email to blog@globalfromasia.com
